ABOUT RPFAAN

Receiving Power for Action Apostolic Network (RPFAAN) was founded in 2005 by Apostle Leon Benjamin and is headquartered in Richmond, VA. He is also apostle and prelate of New Life Harvest Church in Richmond, VA, where he and his wife (Maria Benjamin) co-labor together to bring about transformation and empowerment in the community and statewide reformation.

RPFAAN is a global network of apostles and prophets, including all 5 fold ministries, and churches, ministries, businesses and organizations that they lead. Relating together in covenant partnership and under the apostolic oversight and visionary leadership of Apostle Benjamin, those affiliating with RPFAAN will share in a divine mandate to advance apostolic reformation and God’s end-time Kingdom agenda in the earth, affecting the destiny of nations, and ultimately realizing the fulfillment of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.

RPFAAN is also very active in the community to bring about change in the lives of families: marriage, youth activities and community projects that involves adults as well as the children. RPFAAN’s influence, encompassing churches and ministries in over 5 countries, is rapidly increasing across the earth, and is becoming a major apostolic movement powerfully positioned as a catalyst to break the church into new Kingdom positions. The work of the apostle is to plant, but also to bring relevance to the churches position in winning souls for Christ and at the same time establishes the Kingdom principles in our everyday lives.

The Vision of RPFAAN:

  • To identify, develop, publicly recognize through ordination, and release emerging apostles and prophets that God is raising up in the nations for this New Apostolic Reformation.

  • To provide the opportunity for those God is calling into relationship with Apostle Benjamin and RPFAAN to become partakers of the apostolic grace that is upon his life in the same way that Paul encouraged those at Philippi, “ye are all partakers of my grace.”

  • To provide avenues for the teaching and imparting of present truth revelation, currently through facilitating and coordinating national and international RPFAAN conferences, phone conference calls, apostolic roundtables, and eventually through full and part-time training at SWAT campuses nationally and internationally.

  • To regularly send out apostolic teams to the nations for breakthrough intercession, leadership training, prophetic and deliverance ministry, that they may be catalysts to release fresh moves of God wherever sent, and be facilitators of this New Apostolic Reformation.

  • To be an apostolic resource center for the distribution of anointed present truth books, tapes, videos, teaching articles, and training materials that will inspire, equip, train, and especially help to maintain soundness of apostolic doctrine. This would also include periodic RPFAAN leadership e-newsletters sent out by email to the network, along with website information resources to be developed.

  • To provide covering, counsel, apostolic oversight, and accountability relationships for like-minded leaders and ministers that God is bringing into covenant relationship with Apostle Benjamin and other apostolic leaders in the network, and to connect them with RPFAAN for partnership to fulfill the mandate and vision for apostolic reformation and Kingdom advancement.

  • To promote the establishing of strong governing territorial Antioch churches that will breakthrough in their nation and beyond as a result of strong presbyteries and apostolic teams having been raised up and established.

  • To develop strong relationships, joint partnerships, and interactive alliances with other ministries, networks and organizations for the sake of combining efforts and resources producing powerful synergy enhancing and intensifying breakthrough results in the nations.

  • To allow within the structure of RPFAAN the opportunity for mature apostles and prophets in the network to raise up sons and daughters in the ministry that could also have a primary relationship (general covering and apostolic oversight) with RPFAAN and Apostle Benjamin, and yet still maintain their (direct covering) relationship with their spiritual father. This way both have primary access to RPFAAN and Apostle Benjamin.

For those RPFAAN leaders who feel a need to start their own networks, they would continue to relate to RPFAAN in a primary relationship, and their network leaders in only a secondary relationship. We do ask though that the primary leader would give his network leaders the RPFAAN’s website address (www.receivingpower.org) so they could take advantage of all the site’s resources of articles, reports, video and audio on demand, and schedule of conferences and Special Warfare Action Team (SWAT) seminars we hold in the United States and around the world.

  • To encourage and equip women in ministry to develop their ministry calling and be all that God has called them to be in this season of apostolic reformation.

  • Apostle Benjamin strongly believes that any apostolic oversight and accountability should be strictly biblical, spiritual, and relational. Our position then is that each local church has complete autonomy, and thus RPFAAN exercises no legal authority over it. That is the responsibility of every church’s governing eldership and legally required board. One might call this covering without control.
